What is full service design?

  • Dream it.

    It all begins with an idea. Our team will help you discover new and wonderful ways of seeing your home. We can start with a complimentary zoom call and then develop a plan to move forward. Once an estimate is approved, we will plan a site visit and begin discussing your project with any necessary tradespeople.

  • Design it.

    Working closely with your architect and contractor, we will develop a full set of plans, specifications and requirements. Keeping your budget in mind, we will source materials and furnishings to create a fresh, new look for your home. Our attention to detail and clear communication will be consistent for the duration of your project.

  • Build it.

    Project management and oversight is the core of our business. We want to see your project succeed, be well-considered and well-built. Providing clear documentation, asking questions and following up is key. We will arrange weekly team check-ins by phone or in person to ensure that things are running smoothly.

  • Live it.

    From sourcing to installation, we will make sure you fully understand what you are getting and are excited about the materials and furnishings we select. For clients that want to be more involved, we enjoy planning shopping days where we can see things together. We offer turnkey services as well, so you’re home is ready for you to move in and enjoy.

Design Consulting

Are you in need of design expertise but not ready for full-service?

We will help analyze your project needs, develop a scope of work and hold your hand along the way. When booking a select number of hours, we will navigate through the steps to get your project moving, work up any floor plans, send recommendations for material and furniture sourcing, review found options and guide you through the process from beginning to end.

  • 2 hours - $500 (in person throughout select areas of the Bay Area)

  • 2 hours - $450 (virtual)
